Join Walker Methodist and TRUST as we run and walk to support TRUST parish nursing in South Minneapolis. Our 7th annual 5k/10k Walk and Run is at beautiful Lake Harriet. All abilities are welcome, so bring your family and friends to support a great cause!

All registrants will get a complimentary t-shirt, water, and refreshments! Shirts are on a first come first served basis.

Caritas Vocal Ensemble to perform on behalf of TRUST Parish Nursing at St. John’s on March 11.
Join us at St. John’s Lutheran Church on Sunday, March 11 at 4 pm for a fun, live performance of a capella choral music!
Tickets are $15 or $10 for seniors/students, and a Thrivent match for this concert will make your contribution go even farther!
Caritas has been performing on behalf of Parish Nursing since the group was formed. Entitled “Shall We Gather…”, this year Caritas will perform an exciting and varied program of pop, classical, secular and sacred pieces celebrating rivers, and birds… and the spring that brings them.
We are going to continue that theme with a “gathering” of items for a baked goods and dinner basket auction after the concert during the reception.

It‘s Flu Shot Time Again!
TRUST, in partnership with MVNA will once again be sponsoring flu shot clinics at the TRUST congregations listed.
Reminders:
- To have Medicare billed, please bring your Medicare Part B card.
- Ages 3 years and older may receive the flu vaccination (with parent’s consent)
- There are numerous insurance plans accepted this year. Health insurance card(s)or a photo copy (front only) is required for billing. Picture ID (ex. Drivers License or Employee Badge) is required.
- For the non-insured, vaccination prices are (cash or check made out to MVNA):
• $27.00 for flu shot
• $32 for FluMist
• $57 for pneumonia shot
- Please wear short sleeves.
