Understanding the grief process and the many emotions involved in working through one’s grief makes the journey less painful. Guest speakers share their own experience and professional knowledge on grief and loss. Small discussion groups follow the speaker each week, led by trained facilitators.

- Topics cover a wide range of grief support needs and concerns.
